When you reach out
We collect your name, email address or phone number, preferred meeting format and time, and the message you provide. If you choose to share your business reflection, it is included with your request. The request is emailed to your selected contact and our recruiting coordinator. Help me choose requests go to Justin Hawkes.
Your plan stays under your control
You can use the reflection tool and download a plan without giving us your contact details. If you choose to save your plan, it is stored in your browser on that device. You can remove it using the tool’s clear-saved-plan control or your browser settings. Sharing a plan with a conversation request is optional.
How information is handled
We use website hosting and email service providers to deliver and protect the site and your enquiry. They process technical information such as network addresses and request metadata. Information may be processed outside Canada. Requests are retained in the receiving email accounts for follow-up and necessary business or legal purposes. Technical request identifiers help prevent duplicate messages and abuse.
Follow-up and your choices
Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing. You can ask us to stop recruiting follow-up, request access to or correction of your information, or raise a privacy concern by calling our office at 604-859-2341. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
Website measurement
With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, scrolling, clicks, use of our reflection tool, downloads and completed conversation requests. Analytics receives technical information such as device and browser type and approximate location. We do not send your name, email, phone number, messages or reflection answers to Analytics. We do not enable advertising personalisation. Choose Allow analytics or No thanks when prompted; you can change your choice at any time using Analytics choices in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or sending an enquiry. Analytics information may be processed outside Canada.
